What is INSPIRE?

Inspire is where the Girls Academy pathway begins. Designed for U11 and U12 players, Inspire creates a development-first environment that combines meaningful competition, age-appropriate standards, and a clear connection to the Girls Academy pathway beginning at U13.

Inspire gives young players the opportunity to compete in high-quality environments while continuing to learn, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Through shared standards and intentional competition, the program helps clubs create experiences that prepare players for the next stage of their journey without losing sight of what young players need today.

Why Inspire?

Because the pathway shouldn’t begin at U13. The U11 and U12 years are an important part of a player’s development. Inspire creates greater connection and intentionality during those years by bringing players, coaches, and clubs into the Girls Academy environment earlier in the pathway.

The focus is bigger than results. Inspire prioritizes player development, meaningful playing opportunities, appropriate competition, and long-term growth creating an environment where young players are challenged while still having the freedom to learn and enjoy the game.
