Girls Academy Expands National Office with Player Programs Coordinator Position

The Girls Academy is seeking a passionate, organized, and driven professional to join its National Office as the Player Programs Coordinator, a full-time position based in Cornelius, North Carolina. The role is designed to support the continued growth of the league’s player development initiatives and national programming.

Reporting directly to the Sporting Director, the Player Programs Coordinator will play a key role in delivering high-quality experiences for players across the country. The position will oversee the day-to-day management of the Girls Academy’s U11 & U12 Inspire platform while supporting Talent ID programming and emerging player development initiatives.

As the Girls Academy continues to expand its player pathway, this position will be instrumental in supporting:

The growth and administration of the U11 & U12 Inspire platform
National Talent ID programming and player identification initiatives
Player-focused educational and performance programming
Collaboration with clubs, conference leadership, college coaches, and national staff to deliver best-in-class experiences for players throughout the league.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the youth soccer landscape, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position also includes travel to Girls Academy events and showcases throughout the year.
