Veteran sports and digital leader will drive brand growth, storytelling, and community impact across the GA ecosystem
CHARLOTTE, NC (October 22, 2025) – The Girls Academy (GA) today announced the appointment of Eric SanInocencio as Director of Marketing, effective October 27, 2025. SanInocencio brings more than two decades of experience leading digital strategy, brand development, and audience growth across professional, collegiate, and youth sports – including senior roles with Perfect Game USA, the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Houston Texans, and Amazon.

SanInocencio will oversee the GA’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, advancing brand visibility, amplifying player and club storytelling, maximizing sponsorship value, and expanding engagement across the league’s national footprint. He will partner closely with GA leadership, clubs, and stakeholders to further elevate the Players’ Voice and highlight the collective achievements that make the Girls Academy a leader in female player development.

A former collegiate baseball player at the University of Montevallo, SanInocencio most recently served as Vice President of Social Media at Perfect Game USA, where he led a national digital network spanning multiple markets. His experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, the Atlantic Coast Conference, and the Houston Texans, where he built and executed digital strategies that connected millions of fans worldwide. Active in youth sports and community initiatives, he also serves on the Alumni Board for his alma mater.
As the Girls Academy continues to grow, SanInocencio’s addition marks another exciting step in building a world-class marketing team dedicated to storytelling, innovation, and championing the next generation of female athletes.
