This exclusive series features TLC Institute experts who bring years of experience in leadership, mental performance, and team development. Each interactive session explores a core pillar of effective coaching, providing insights to help coaches strengthen relationships, elevate performance, and lead with greater impact.
These webinars also serve as a lead-up to the launch of The Credential of Coaching ExcellenceTM, a new leadership development program created by the Girls Academy in partnership with the TLC Institute and supported by a U.S. Soccer Innovate to Grow grant. Together, these learning opportunities form a cohesive pathway to help women in soccer expand their leadership capacity both on and off the field.
