Girls Academy Achieves U.S. Soccer Federation Membership

 

DALLAS (Feb. 10, 2024) — The Girls Academy is proud to celebrate becoming an Official Member Organization of the U.S. Soccer Federation, passing its vote during the USSF 2024 Annual General Meeting at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas on Saturday. The decision marks a significant moment for the development of girls’ and women’s soccer in the United States and promises profound impact on the growth and advancement of youth players nationwide.

The Girls Academy is a national girls’ soccer league with more than 13,000 players and 94 member clubs, across more than 30 states. The Girls Academy is a leading youth development platform for the best female soccer players in the U.S., empowering each player to reach their best potential as athletes and human beings.

The Girls Academy is pleased to share its commitment to elevating the standards of developmental girls’ soccer while continuing to bring the game closer to home for players, fans, and communities across the nation. This alignment with the U.S. Soccer Federation allows the GA to maintain its highest operational standards while creating more accessible pathways for aspiring young athletes to pursue their dreams of playing at the highest levels.
